We hope you’re happy with your Lucie Locket purchase. However, if you change your mind simply send your items back to us within 14 days and choose a refund or exchange. Remember to drop us a line at customer@lucielocket.com to let us know to expect it and include a note with your contact details, order number and the reason for your return.
Please note that you can't return earrings for hygiene reasons.
The items must be unworn, in their original packaging and wrapped carefully so they don’t get damaged on their journey.
