We hope you’re happy with your Lucie Locket purchase. However, if you change your mind simply send your items back to us within 14 days and choose a refund or exchange. Remember to drop us a line at customer@lucielocket.com to let us know to expect it and include a note with your contact details, order number and the reason for your return.
